Isolation is the best and worst defense against chaos. It can protect you. Or, it can leave you unenlightened to the fact that you won’t be protected if the worst happens.

Anxiety could be a sign of becoming conscious that something is awry and that, no matter how far away into the future it seems,  it’s not so remote as to be a far-off reality. Whether personal or political, whatever contributes to my anxiety is what I want to examine. My aim: To neutralize what has kept me in a state of anxiety. This blog is a clearinghouse as much as it is a bootcamp for living in the moment.
